Rochester, MN
Making it OK: Art, Bravery and Mental Health is an exhibit where I am one of four Minnesota artists revealing honesty and hope about what it means to live with or be affected by close family members with mental health issues. My installation includes coloring pages for kids to take home. Comics are available for purchase at the Rochester Art Center retail shop. The other exhibiting artists are Melissa Borman, Jess Hirsch, and Bobby Marines. Making it OK runs through September 10, 2019.

Regla De Oro Gallery was kind enough to invite me to have a solo exhibit in their space in 2015, after I received an Emerging Artist Grant from the Jerome Foundation. The show included twelve oil paintings of my wife, Ruth. Our wedding song was Close To You, by the Carpenters.
